Ioticlab is an online learning platform that provides digital courses only. We do not ship or deliver any physical products. All course content is delivered digitally through our online platform immediately upon purchase.

By purchasing a course from Ioticlab, you acknowledge that you understand our services are digital-only and that no physical items will be shipped or delivered to you.

Upon successful payment and purchase completion, you will receive immediate access to your purchased course(s) through your Ioticlab account. There is no shipping time or delivery delay - access is granted instantly.

Course access includes:

  • Community forum access (where applicable)
  • Certificate of completion (where applicable)

2.2 Access Method

Course content is accessed through:

  • Your Ioticlab account dashboard
  • Our web-based learning platform
  • Mobile-responsive interface (where supported)
  • Streaming video player for course videos

No physical media (DVDs, USB drives, books, etc.) will be shipped or delivered.

3. No Physical Products

Ioticlab does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Hardware kits or components
  • Books or printed materials
  • Certificates (physical copies)
  • Merchandise or promotional items
  • DVDs, CDs, or USB drives
  • Any other physical goods

All course materials are digital and accessed online. If a course mentions hardware or physical components, you are responsible for purchasing those items separately from third-party vendors. Ioticlab is not involved in the sale or delivery of any physical products.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery is instant. Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • Course access is granted immediately (typically within seconds)
  • You can start learning right away
  • No waiting period or shipping delays
  • No tracking numbers or delivery confirmations needed

In rare cases where there may be a brief delay (due to payment processing or technical issues), access will be granted within 24 hours of purchase confirmation.

5. Access Requirements

To access your courses, you need:

  • A valid Ioticlab account
  • An active internet connection
  • A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • A modern web browser
  • Sufficient bandwidth for video streaming

System requirements:

  • Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge - latest versions)
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps for video streaming)
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled

You are responsible for ensuring your device and internet connection meet these requirements. We are not responsible for issues related to your device, internet connection, or local network.

6. Lifetime Access

Once you purchase a course, you receive lifetime access to that course content, subject to:

  • The continued operation of the Ioticlab platform
  • Your account remaining in good standing
  • Your compliance with our Terms & Conditions

This means you can access your courses at any time, from anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection and your account is active. There is no expiration date on your course access.

7. Course Updates

We may update course content from time to time to improve quality, add new materials, or reflect changes in technology. When you purchase a course, you will automatically receive access to all future updates to that course at no additional charge.

Updates are delivered digitally through the platform - no physical updates or replacement materials will be shipped.

8. Downloadable Materials

Some courses may include downloadable resources such as:

  • Project templates
  • Reference materials
  • Worksheets and exercises

These materials are available for download through your course dashboard. Downloads are:

  • Digital files only (no physical copies)
  • Available immediately upon course purchase

9. Certificates

If a course offers a certificate of completion, it will be:

  • Issued digitally as a PDF document
  • Available for download from your account
  • Verifiable through our platform
  • Not shipped as a physical certificate

You can print your certificate yourself if you desire a physical copy. Ioticlab does not print or mail physical certificates.

10. International Access

Since our courses are delivered digitally, they are available to customers worldwide. There are no:

  • Shipping restrictions
  • International delivery fees
  • Customs or import duties
  • Geographic limitations

As long as you have internet access and meet the technical requirements, you can access your courses from anywhere in the world.
